Office Hours

To comply with the requirements of the Government of the Republic of Korea, the Korea Visa Application Centers are operational during the following time: 

Office Hours - Berlin, Paris, London, and Hague
Contact-Centre	Berlin, Paris, Hague : Monday to Friday (09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30) London: Monday to Friday (08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:30)
Visa Application Submission (Berlin and Hague only)	Monday to Friday (10:00 to 11:00)

In case you find yourself in a situation where a particular emergency has occurred and you need an urgent appointment, please contact the relevant KVAC via email at kvacdeinfo@iom.int (Berlin), kvacfrinfo@iom.int (Paris), or kvacukinfo@iom.int (London) or kvacnlinfo@iom.int (Hague) or via telephone at +49 30 2902245 550(Germany and France), +44 020 7811 6098(UK), +31 703181590(Netherlands). Please be informed that the ROK Embassy in Berlin does not have any expedited process in place, and each request must be treated independently and carefully evaluated. A request does not guarantee a successful result.

Holiday Closures

In accordance with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea (ROK) in Berlin, the Visa Application Centers are closed in adherence with the following public holidays:
